Abound Food Care maintains a social media presence on multiple platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You can interact and engage with us through any of the social media platforms with which we participate through activities including, but not limited to, entering contests, posting or reposting our content, sharing material from our website, using any of our social media plug-ins, or direct messaging us. When you interact or engage with us on any social media platform we may receive and have access to information such as your user ID, your profile picture, photos you post, your job history, birth date, and a variety of similar information dependent on the respective platform and your privacy settings with the platform. We may use this information for the same purposes described above. Data we receive from social media platforms is controlled by the site operator’s privacy policies and terms of service, which information you willingly share with us, and the privacy parameters you have established with each platform or site.

Some browsers and web security services include Do Not Track (“DNT”) preferences. As there is no industry standard DNT protocol on how to interpret DNT signals, Abound Food Care does not honor DNT signals at this time.

We do not knowingly collect information from or about children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe your child under the age of 13 may have provided personal information through our website, please contact us at info@aboundfoodcare.org and we will make sure measures are taken to delete said information from our database and will guarantee we will not use such information for any purpose (except for necessary purposes such as to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).

California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from a website host once a calendar year information about the customer information shared with third parties or third-party sites for their own direct marketing purposes, including the categories of information and the names and addresses of those business with which such information was shared.
